Problem to Solve:

Development Experience on Solana is still not at par with something like Ethereum and solving this will help bring more developers to build on Solana.

Possible Solution:

Dev tooling like a development environment (think Hardhat/Foundry) that helps people compile contracts and run them on a development network that brings the DX closer to EVM DX.
